INTRODUCTION

              Paper 1 carries 150 marks i.e., General studies which includes vaster area of general science, current events of National and International importance, History of India and Indian National Movement, Indian and World Geography, Indian Polity and Economy and general mental ability. Paper11 carries 300 marks (one subject must be selected from the list of options). There are about 22 optional subjects, which are included in prelims.
