Existing System

Milk distribution is very regular business every day. In each month end they need to give the bill for that month. To generate the bill for all customers manually is very difficult task. With bill they also have to mention previous balance if any, if not specified  then that money will not come back. Like this there are many problems they are facing everyday.

Proposed System

The proposed system will generate the monthly bills automatically based on the data provided in the master entry. So the bills will generated very fast and it is accurate.
