Courier management system atomizes the courier services. Using this system Courier agent can computerize his daily activities such as booking a courier, employee records details, tracking courier delivery, salary management of employees.

What problem Courier service management system will solve.

This system minimizes manual work of keeping records of the courier. User can get any information related to delivery item online. Every item can be tracked using this system.


Before this system user have to maintain details of bookings manually. He has to calculate salaries of employees and has to maintain details of incoming couriers. Using this system he can computerize all manual work and get any information about the courier item.






In this project we have mainly 6 module given below.






Using courier module user can access details like bookings, incomings items, returns item, courier not delivered, and pickup centers of courier.


User can book any courier using Booking form. User has to fill up source address, destination address, weight in this form.


Incoming form give the details of consignment like what is the source address and destination address the date of delivery.


Employee module keep track of employee. Employee address, name, phone number this module also manage employee salary.














This is the home page of the courier service management project. Welcome message is displayed on this page. User can navigate to different pages from top navigation. User can access admin page by clicking on admin link but to access login page user have to enter admin username and password. From courier page user can get information about all courier like how many courier have been delivered and how many are remaining and how many are returned.

Employee page gives all the information of the employee working in courier service office. From here admin can updated employee information. admin can check the details of the customer From customer page.

Anyone can get details information of the courier service management company from about us page. From contact up page anyone can contact with the courier company.










When user click on admin page then admin login dialog box is displayed. User has to enter valid username and password to get access to the admin panel of courier service management system. if entered username and password in in correct error message is displayed.







admin panel screen is displayed with “Welcome to admin” message when user login to courier service admin panel with valid credentials then.

Admin of Courier management system can add employee in courier service Management Company from admin panel. When admin click on add a employee link add employee registration form is displayed. Admin have to enter all mandatory information in the form like employee name, address, position in courier company, phone number etc. clicking on submit button save the employee information in the database.

Courier service management admin can also check employee details from clicking on employee details link on the page. on courier service employee details page admin can check the employee name, designation, address, salary and phone number. Admin can also update employee information from this page.

From pay slip page admin can manage courier employee’s salary and can also check previous salary payment. From view salary details page admin can check the salary of any courier employee.

Admin can send message from report to customer page. admin can also send message to customer to update him about his consignment.

Admin can also check query of the customer by clicking on “view customer query” link.
